We appreciated that he was never pushy about the sale, and our conditions were quite complicated, so we valued his flexibility throughout. He did a great job getting potential buyers on side and helping us evaluate pricing strategies. He followed the case closely, and when something went wrong on the buyer’s side at the last moment, he worked effectively (and imaginatively) with solicitors on all sides to help secure the sale, despite all the odds. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
